Nurturing leads and reengaging past customers over email
Returning Inkbox customers—many of whom found their way back to the site via ad-hoc emails written by yours truly—accounted for a large percentage of the startup’s sales. I honed my email-writing skills at the temporary tattoo company, then levelled up at Properly where I worked as Lifecycle Marketing Manager, creating, deploying, and continuously optimizing email campaigns to boost engagement and move prospects down the funnel.
