Properly Happiness Index
2022 wasn't the best year for real estate. But in a sea of bad news about rising interest rates and plummetting home prices, Properly wanted people to help feel excited about real estate again — because that's how you should feel when moving. The Happiness Index aimed to do that.
Content created for this project also included scripts for video ads featuring Drew and Jonathan Scott, copy for a conversion-focused landing page that drives traffic to Properly's lead form and property search engine, and organic social media assets with post copy for Properly brand accounts, employee accounts, and REALTOR accounts.
